This low-carb mushroom bake is not only delicious but also super easy to prepare with ingredients you’ll find in your pantry and grocery store without any trouble.
Your family will love it, too – no need to make a separate keto meal for yourself and something else for the spouse and kids.
This recipe is also inexpensive to make. Ground beef often goes on sale, as do fresh mushrooms.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F
In large frying pan, over medium heat, brown and chop ground beef, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt.
Microwave the cream cheese for 30 seconds to soften. Combine thoroughly with eggs.
Pour beef into the bowl with the cream cheese and eggs. Stir to combine, then pour into a lightly greased 8″x8″ glass baking dish.
In the frying pan, sauté the mushrooms in the butter until softened, using caution not to overcook.
Add the seasoning salt, parsley, and 1/4 tsp pepper.
Pour the mushrooms over the beef mixture in the baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes until set.
