. I already make a similar vinaigrette dressing to the recipe described below. For mine, I mix about 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp brown mustard. I prefer a green tossed salad to coleslaw, so I use the dressing on romaine lettuce with some diced tomatoes and feta cheese. This coleslaw would make a perfect addition to your next picnic or tailgating party.
Dukan Diet Recipe for Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping tsp mustard
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sparkling mineral water
Instructions:
Mix the mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar until smooth. Add the olive oil and mineral water and whip with a fork.
Dukan Diet Recipe for Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- Dukan Vinaigrette dressing, or balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Grate of finely chop the cabbage.
- Toss with enough vinaigrette to taste.
- Serve chilled.
