Cinda b Super Tote II
Cinda b’s Super Tote II changed my life, and I don’t use that term loosely. It was one of three utterly life-changing items I tried over the course of a month, the other two being a SodaStream soda making kit and a Dyson DC59 Motorhead cordless vacuum.
I can’t tell you how much I love this tote. Most moms would agree that you don’t stop needing to carry a lot of stuff when you no longer require a diaper bag. You definitely still need a bag, though you carry different stuff, depending on your children’s ages and where you plan to go.
The Super Tote II has pockets for your sunscreen, juice boxes, snacks, tissues, wet wipes, phone or whatever else you have. You’ll carry this durable tote year round, anytime you need a sundry bag for the park, beach, pool, children’s activity center or even an overnight trip. If you can afford one summer splurge, the Super Tote II makes an excellent choice.
Coppertone Clearly Sheer
Many moms include sunscreen among their summer items carried to the pool, beach or park, and this year’s big newcomer is Coppertone Clearly Sheer. This spray-on SPF 30 or 50 goes on smoothly, doesn’t smell overpowering and feels so light that you barely know it’s there.
Insect Repellent
Right next to a sunburn on the summer misery scale would be itchy insect bites. Biting insects really think I taste great, and Deep Woods Off is my absolute favorite for keeping those nasty things away. For those who prefer DEET-free options, try Coleman Skinsmart.
Sunglasses to Protect Your Peepers
Both kids and moms need eye protection. Find some of the most stylish and trendy sunglasses at Zappos, such as

Squeez’Ems
For taking drinks for the kids on the go, try BooginHead’s Squeez’Ems, refillable bottles that can hold liquids such as juice or milk or semi-liquids, including yogurt or apple sauce. You can wash and refill Squeez’Ems in a jiffy or even fill them with juice or water and freeze them for a fun slushy drink later. The company also makes a similar product called Pack’Ems, reusable zipper bags for transporting solid foods such as Goldfish crackers.
