Who else remembers the Staples Easy Button? Years ago, I had a coworker who had a Staples Easy Button on her desk. Everyone thought it was the coolest thing, and it didn’t actually do anything except sit there.
Amazon has come up with a button that actually performs a task. It places an order for something you need on a regular basis, simply by pressing a button.

Simply order an Amazon Dash button for the product of your choice. It costs $4.99, and you get a credit for that amount toward your first order using the Dash button, making the Dash button essentially free. Place the Amazon Dash button anywhere in your house where it’ll be easy to reach when you need it.
As you might guess, you can use your Amazon Dash button to order common household products such as Charmin toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Amazon offers Dash buttons for more than 200 items, though. Here are some of the more unusual products for which you can order an Amazon Dash button.
Dog Treats (Milk Bone, Greenies)
Candy (Hershey’s Variety Pack)
Campbell’s Soup and Chunky Soup
